Here at Creative Country Weddings, based near to Woodstock in rural North Oxfordshire we provide a bespoke service for brides who share our passion for beautiful flowers. Whether inspiration is taken from English Country gardens, elegant manor houses or a love of vintage, we can translate our ideas to glorious floral designs. To complement our full floristry service we offer for hire numerous collections of vases, mirror plates, planters and stands along with vintage china and glass tea sets and cake stands for afternoon tea receptions. Anything we don’t have we will do our best to source for you.
At the heart of our distinctive style is the favoured use of David Austin cut flowers, which provide breath taking old style garden roses, deliciously scented just as roses should be, and which open fully displaying complex folds and layers of petals, qualities so rare in standard commercially grown roses. Other top quality flowers are sourced from the UK and Holland.
For brides within a twenty-mile radius of Woodstock a free consultation with experienced florist Georgina Nelson-Fellows either at home or at your chosen venue is offered (brides from further a-field may be asked to pay a small fee redeemable against placing a commission) to discuss your ideas for style, colours, inspiration and budget.
We have provided floral displays for many venues from rustic styled marquees and barns to elegant country houses. We can advise you on what will make the most of your choice of venue, from the grand proportions of The Great Barn at Aynho to the intimate wedding suite at Le’ Manoir.
